Terms of Service | Perfect Putt 360

Welcome to Perfect Putt 360. These Terms govern your use of the app and this website. By using either, you agree to them.

1. Who you’re agreeing with

These Terms are an agreement between you and Fortified Systems, Inc., an Idaho corporation (2307 Cinnamon Ln, Nampa, ID 83687), the owner and operator of Perfect Putt 360.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the app, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your email access secure — sign-in codes are sent there. You’re responsible for activity on your account, and you can delete it at any time in Settings.

4. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use the app on your devices.

5. Your content

You own your scores, notes, and photos. You grant us permission to store and display them so the app can work — syncing, stats, and the leaderboards, leagues, and feeds you take part in.

6. Community conduct

Your handle, name, and photo are visible to other players — don’t impersonate anyone or post anything offensive. Don’t misuse the app, harass players, or interfere with leagues or events. We may remove content, handles, or accounts that break these rules, and you can block any player.

7. Fair play

Leaderboards, leagues, and events depend on honest scoring. Manipulated results may be removed, and repeat manipulation may end your access.

8. Memberships and billing

Perfect Putt 360 offers an optional auto-renewing membership billed through your Apple or Google account. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your store’s subscription settings — deleting the app or your account does not cancel it. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are owned by Fortified Systems, Inc. Perfect Putt 360 and its logos are trademarks of Fortified Systems, Inc. No rights are granted except the license above.

10. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Fortified Systems, Inc. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the app.

12. Updates and changes

We may update the app and these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Material changes will be called out in the app.

13. Termination

You can stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
