Membership FAQ
How do I subscribe?
In the app: Settings → Membership. Purchases go through the App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android. The app never sees your payment details.
How do I cancel?
Cancellation happens in your store account, not in the app: Apple → Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Google → Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Does my membership work on both platforms?
Yes. Membership is attached to your Perfect Putt 360 account, so signing in on a different phone, or on the other platform, keeps your benefits. Two of them need an iPhone: Apple Watch scoring, and the weather and wind saved with each round.
What about refunds?
Billing is handled entirely by Apple and Google, so refund requests go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play order history.
