Perfect Putt 360 is made by Fortified Systems, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). This policy explains exactly what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Perfect Putt 360 is operated by Fortified Systems, Inc., an Idaho corporation (2307 Cinnamon Ln, Nampa, ID 83687). Questions about this policy: support@perfectputt360.com.
2. Information we collect
Your account: an email address, and optionally your first and last name. If you sign in with Apple or Google, that provider shares your email (and, if you allow it, your name) with us. Your profile: a public @handle, an optional display name and profile photo, and a country code taken from your device settings. Your gameplay: scores, rounds, streaks, notes, and the putters you add to your bag. We never collect your phone number, password, or payment card details.
3. How we use it
To run the app: sign you in, sync your games across devices, compute your stats, and power the leaderboards, leagues, and social features you take part in. We also use usage analytics and crash reports to understand what to fix and improve.
4. Location
Location is off unless you turn on “Share my area.” When you do, we store only a metro-area cell (roughly 25 miles across) — never your exact position, which stays on your device. Your metro area powers nearby players and local leaderboards, and you can turn it off in Settings at any time, which removes it from our servers.
5. Camera, microphone, and photos
The camera is used to measure station distances in augmented reality and to take a profile photo. AR runs entirely on your device — nothing the camera sees is recorded or uploaded. The AR framework requires microphone access to run; Perfect Putt 360 never records or stores audio. Photo library access is used only for choosing a profile photo.
6. Apple Health and Apple Watch
If you use the Apple Watch app, Perfect Putt 360 asks for permission to work with Health. A workout session is what opens live scoring on your wrist and keeps it awake while you putt. With “Save rounds to Health” on (Settings → Apple Watch), each round is saved to Health as a Golf workout with its duration, heart rate, and active energy — the same data the watch already records for any workout. All of it stays in Health on your devices: we never receive it, never send it to our servers, and never share it. Delete any round in the Health app, revoke access there at any time, or turn saving off in Settings.
7. What other players can see
Your @handle, display name, profile photo (there is a Settings toggle to keep it private), the games you share, applause you give, and your standing in leagues and events you join. “Show me on leaderboards” and “Share my area” control your visibility, and you can block any player.
8. Analytics and crash reporting
We use Amplitude to understand how the app is used (screens viewed, features used), tied to your account, and Sentry to receive crash reports. We do not run ads, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we never sell your data.
9. Purchases
Memberships are billed by Apple or Google through your store account. Your payment details never reach us — we only receive confirmation of your subscription status.
10. Notifications
If you enable push notifications, we store a device token to deliver them. Turn them off in Settings or your device settings at any time.
11. Service providers
Your data is processed by providers acting on our behalf: Amazon Web Services (hosting, sign-in, storage), Amplitude (analytics), Sentry (crash reports), Google Firebase (push delivery), and Apple and Google (sign-in and purchases). Each receives only what its job requires.
12. Deleting your account
In the app, Settings → Delete Account permanently removes your profile, games, social connections, and league memberships. An active membership must be cancelled separately in your Apple or Google subscription settings. You can also email support@perfectputt360.com and we will delete your account for you.
13. Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls on our infrastructure. Sign-in uses one-time email codes or your Apple/Google account — Perfect Putt 360 never stores a password.
14. Children
The app isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Changes to this policy
We’ll post any updates here and revise the date above. Material changes will be called out in the app.
